Scope
This policy covers our marketing site (mdposter.com) and the authenticated app (app.mdposter.com). The marketing site may use analytics/marketing cookies where permitted; the app focuses on account, billing, and order data necessary to provide the service.
Data we collect
We collect contact information (name, email), account credentials, billing and shipping details, support communications, usage and device data (logs, IP, cookies/analytics), and the files/images you upload to create posters. Payment details are processed by PCI-compliant processors and not stored in full by us.
How we use data
To provide and secure the Service, personalize templates, process orders and shipping, communicate with you, manage subscriptions and credits, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations. We may send product and marketing updates where permitted; you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment, support), and print/shipping partners solely to fulfill your orders. We may disclose data to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.
