Scope
This policy covers our marketing site (mdposter.com) and the authenticated app (app.mdposter.com). The marketing site may use analytics/marketing cookies where permitted; the app focuses on account, billing, and order data necessary to provide the service.
Data we collect
We collect contact information (name, email), account credentials, billing and shipping details, support communications, usage and device data (logs, IP, cookies/analytics), and the files/images you upload to create posters. Payment details are processed by PCI-compliant processors and not stored in full by us.
How we use data
To provide and secure the Service, personalize templates, process orders and shipping, communicate with you, manage subscriptions and credits, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations. We may send product and marketing updates where permitted; you can opt out at any time.
Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests (security, product improvement, marketing to existing customers), to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent.
Sharing & transfers
We share data with service providers (print, payment, analytics, support, cloud hosting) under strict data protection terms. If data transfers outside your region are needed, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms.
Retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the Service, then for backup and legal compliance. Account data is deleted 30 days after account deletion request; order records may be retained longer for legal/tax purposes.

Your rights
